“Mom calls the chef by her first name and tells her when the soup needs salt. Two years ago she was eating crackers for dinner, alone.”

Karen, Middleton. Her mother has lived in assisted living here since 2024.

Fourteen people,
one care plan.

Margaret Adeyemi, our director of nursing, meets every resident before move-in. Daytime staffing is one caregiver for every six residents in memory care and one for every eight in assisted living.

We take private pay, long-term care insurance, VA Aid and Attendance and Wisconsin Family Care.

Medicare pays for therapy and doctor visits here, never for rent or meals. Family Care can pay the care part of assisted living for eligible members. Every rate is in writing before move-in and held for 12 months.
