Privacy policy

Larkfield House LLC is responsible for the personal data you give us. This page explains what we keep, why we keep it and for how long.

Care records. Health information about residents is kept so we can provide care, as required by HIPAA and Wisconsin law. Records are kept for the period the law requires. They are never sold and never used for advertising.

Tour and contact forms. Your name, phone number, e-mail, the level of care you asked about and your message are used only to arrange a tour or answer you. Form data is deleted twelve months after your last contact unless you move in.

Family portal. Care notes, calendars and invoices are shown over an encrypted connection, only to the family members the resident or their representative has approved.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete anything that is not part of a care record. Write to hello@larkfield.care and we answer within thirty days.

Cookies. This site sets functional cookies only. There are no advertising trackers.
