Terms of service

These terms cover tours and requests made through this website. Residency itself is governed by Wisconsin law and by the residency agreement signed before move-in.

Tours. A tour request is confirmed by phone or text. Tours are free and there is nothing to sign.

Deposits. An apartment can be held with a refundable $500 deposit, returned in full if plans change before move-in.

Rates. The rates on this site are the current monthly rates. Your rate and care level are confirmed in writing before move-in, never after.

Emergencies. This website is not for emergencies. Call 911 for a fall with injury, chest pain or trouble breathing.
